Please note that due to our swimming pool insurance restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children under 16 years of age.

Minimum stay

June, July and August - 3 nights minimum stay.  All other months the minimum stay is 2 nights.  However, there may at times be some one-night availability and this will be indicated on our online booking system.

Room Rates

Prices quoted are per room per night, (based on two people sharing) including breakfast and free parking.  To secure a booking, the first 2 nights' accommodation is payable at the time of booking.  The balance of the booking is payable 30 days in advance of arrival date.  For one night bookings, full payment is required in advance.

Our room rates are:

Shoulder season: £85 per room per night October-April (excludes New Year period 29 December-2nd January when Main Season rate applies)

Main season: £95 per room per night May-September...£85 per room per night if you stay 4 nights or more

Single room occupancy is room rate less £15.00 per night.
