Making a booking.

To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per room per night is required.

Cheques should be made payable to Trennicks.

Written confirmation will be sent by return.

In the event of a cancellation more than 4 weeks before the booked due date,  the deposit can be held for up to 6 months and used for another booking.

Arrivals and Departures.

We will be at the house to welcome our guests between  the hours of 4pm - 6pm.

If guests plan to arrive  outside of these hours we would be grateful to know as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Rooms need to be vacated by 10.30am on departure day, in order that we can prepare the rooms for our new arrivals!

Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is less than 4 weeks before the booked date the deposit will be lost.  Please note the balance is due on arrival and can be paid by cash or cheque (with bankers card).

General

We are a non-smoking establishment.

We do not accommodate pets.
